Most of the nurses that we find jobs for are referred to us by people like you. Your referrals are so important to us that we think you should earn a bonus for telling us about your friend or colleague.
You could be eligible to earn up to $500 if we find a full-time permanent job for your friend or colleague, or earn a $50 referral if your friend or colleague accepts a temporary assignment through Pathway Medical.
We understand that looking for a new job requires discretion. All referrals will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be released to any third-parties.

Eligible $500.00 referral fee is based on the candidate you refer accepting a full-time permanent position through Pathway Medical, and is payable after the referred candidate completes their ninetieth day of employment with and through a Pathway Medical client. Eligible $50.00 referral fee is based on the candidate you refer accepting a temporary position through Pathway Medical, and is payable at the completion of at least 40 hours of temporary work. Referrals of current Pathway candidates are not eligible. Referral fees will be awarded on a first referred basis. Pathway Medical reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at anytime.
